Cheese Dosa

Make this a part of your breakfast menu and turn a comforting Dosa recipe into a cheesier one which your kids will love!

ingredients

  • Dosa Batter
  • Aloo ki Sabzi (Masala)
  • Red chilly garlic chutney / Chutney powder (optional)
  • 1 Onion, finely chopped
  • 1 cup Grated Britannia Cheese Cubes
  • 1/2 cup Coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 cup - Grated coconut
  • Ghee

PROCEDURE

  • Mix the potato masala, chopped onion in a bowl and set aside.
  • Spread the dosa batter on a hot tawa and drizzle ghee over it. Sprinkle generous amount of Chutney powder over it.
  • Put a spoon full of potato masala in the centre of the dosa and spread it. Sprinkle generous amount of Britannia Cheese over it and top it with fresh coriander.
  • Serve it with Coconut Chutney
