Cheese Burger

Take a big bite into this delicious recipe!


  • 1 set Burger Buns
  • 1 Potato Patty
  • 1 Julienned Onion
  • A couple of Lettuce leaves
  • 1 Onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Grated Britannia Cheese Cubes
  • 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  • A pinch of freshly ground pepper


  • Melt the butter in a pan.
  • Add pepper and let it crackle.
  • Add onions and sautè till it caramelises well. Transfer it into a bowl.
  • In the same pan toast the burger buns well on both sides.
  • Place the Lettuce leaves on the bottom half of the bun. The leaves will act as a blanket and keep the rest of the layers in place.
  • Place a layer of onion.
  • Now place the patty and top it with a layer of mustard sauce.
  • Then spoon the caramelised onions on top and at last a generous amount of Grated Britannia cheese.
  • Place the top part of the bun, press it down gently.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup
