Cheese Paratha

Who can say no to more cheese? Turn a regular paratha into a cheese-filled delight with this recipe!


  • 1 cup grated Britannia Cheese Cubes
  • 2 finely chopped chillies
  • 1 chopped onion
  • Coriander, chopped
  • 250gms multi-grain atta (flour)
  • ½ tsp olive oil
  • 1/2cup Britannia Chilly cheese Spread


  • Roll out the dough to a circular shape with a little bit of oil
  • Mix the cheese, chillies, onion and coriander and add the mixture to the centre of the paratha
  • Cluster the sides of the paratha to form a pocket and seal the edges.
  • Roll over it with a rolling pin to form a flattened disc.
  • Cook it over low head with a little bit of oil till golden brown on both sides.
  • Add Cheese Spread in a piping bag and spread the cheese in the centre of the cooked paratha. You can also use a spoon to spread the cheese evenly.
  • Roll the paratha and serve immediately.
